These delicately steamed Omani Shrimp and Scallop Siu Mai are elevated by a classic beurre blanc, which beautifully compliments their seafood filling.

Before serving, the dumplings are crowned with a small dollop of the finest quality Oscietra caviar, and sprinkled with a smattering of freshly grated lime.
