Set in the heart of Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. From 16th -21st June only! ALMA is a student run contemporary Peruvian restaurant aiming to showcase all foodies a new urban side of Peru! Run from 16th-21st June 2017, Alma will be offering food with soul , which is carefully picked to represent a modern flare of the country. Not only the above, but these dishes will be individually

Thank you - thank you all - for being a part of this. We literally could not have done it without you.
You all Joined us every step of the way. Supported and encouraged us! One crazy team! The hard work, the fights, the moments, the meetings... Was all worth it. As this crazy team has now become a little family, with memories that will last forever. A BIG thanks to the consultants for pushing us to do our best! Nothing would have been possible without you!
Here's to the team that made history. We put our whole ALMA into everything, and we created a world full of life and empanadas!!
