Cafe Ceramique - Dubai

In Café Céramique, each and every staff member is treated with great importance. We recognize good deeds and find ways to improve staff's weaknesses. Skills and talents are nurtured and potentials are enhanced. We do not let any stones unturned to develop any innate abilities that are waiting to be tapped. In simple words we value our staff dearly. "We do not look at how we differ from one another; instead we direct ourselves to unite and work towards one vision." In aiming to achieve the Café's vision, we always remind ourselves with the basic values that the café adheres to. These values have become our guiding principles in performing our everyday duty. These values are:

• Consistency and Adherence to Standards
• Truth and Honesty
• Cooperation and Teamwork
• Initiative and Hard Work
• Perseverance and Determination

This is the culture that abounds within the café. Those who do not fit within this culture will not enjoy working with us. The café has become our second home and everybody has become like our family. The load and pains of one is divided for it to become lighter to bear, while the joys and laughter of one is multiplied so that it will echo to everyone. We do work hard, seriously share our thoughts and views and disagree in some occasions but we also laugh, dance, sing and play together like brothers and sisters. We also find time to enjoy and celebrate life. Follow us on INSTAGRAM & TWITTER: cafeceramiquetc
