There’s more than specialty coffee brewing inside RAW these days….

Earlier this month, we launched PROOF - developed by our in-house F&B team, with everything made from scratch! The bakery sits within our café, with open windows giving customers a peek at the baking process while they grab a coffee, settle in or pick something up to take away. (Loving the winning feedback from parents with school runs recently!)

The opening range covers plenty of bakery classics, including sourdough and white loaves, brioche buns, plain and olive ciabatta, simit and baguettes.

For something sweet, there are butter, almond and chocolate croissants, cinnamon buns and a selection of danishes. (With our apple being a loved standout so far…)

The range is set to expand, but for now, we’re curious… Do you have a favorite?
