Jun’s is incredibly honoured to be part of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 selection for the fourth consecutive year.

But this year, there’s another group we want to celebrate.

Our residents and our loyal regulars.

This has been a different kind of year for Dubai, and the people who kept choosing Jun’s, bringing friends through the door, filling our dining room, and coming back time and time again meant more than we can really put into words.

To our team and to all of you who kept showing up: thank you. 🫶

The Guide says Kelvin’s Chinese heritage, Canadian/American upbringing and international travels all inform his cooking. That’s Third Culture cooking at its heart: shaped by the people, places and cultures that have made us who we are.

They call us “contagiously fun” and our dishes “busting with flavour.”

Our new 10-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu is deeply personal, bringing together the people, places, memories and meals that have shaped him. A favourite corner of a Chicago pizza. The first kitchen that taught him to respect every part of an ingredient. The cheung fun he loved as a child. His mother’s mapo tofu. A Christmas promise to his wife. An olive oil that became part of their home.

This is Third Culture Cooking in its most personal form: food shaped by more than one place, with different cultures meeting naturally on the same plate.
