⚡️Special Event: Saturday, June 3rd⚡️

Jonny Rock has been a mainstay in London electronic underground music for nearly two decades now. As a producer and DJ, he has laid down tracks with some of the most respected names in the business such as DJ Fett Burger and Luke Solomon, and held residencies capital’s most iconic parties from Classic at The End to Key at Phonica and Herbal. Not to mention being at the forefront of the growing interest in Turkish music by helping to promote producers such as Mehmet Aslan and helping to unearth sublime Turkish Disco Folk from the band 1970’s outfit Arsivplak.

Akami is the Japanese name for lean tuna, in our case Japanese bluefin tuna.
The tuna is treated with the ZUKE method, which means to briefly marinate the tuna in a seasoned soy base dressing, of soy sauce, mirin, Bonito flakes, kombu and some roasted sesame oil. It is then taken out of the marinade and topped with freshly grated wasabi, which has a much less pungent, less spicy quality to it. The fish is finally placed on chilled shiso leaves that finish the dish with a refreshing herbal note.

Akami is the Japanese name for lean tuna, in our case Japanese bluefin tuna.
