😉 An interesting fact for gourmets - Kubdari is inscribed on the Intangible cultural heritage of Georgia list.
⛰ It is a national dish of Svans who live in the mountainous northwest region of Georgia.
🫓 Kubdari is a bread filled with a mixture of onions, chunks of meat and spices. The Svans also add a special herb to the dish called Gitsruli that is only harvested in Svaneti. It gives a dish an outstanding taste and makes it unique. 💫
