It was prosperous, and all families gathered and worked as one in the fields in all seasons to secure winter provisions. The Lebanese are a hospitable people, and in their culture it is considered a great honor to be a guest in their house, they greet you with tea or coffee which is offered to the guests on the spot, and it is good manners to accept such offers, and never refuse such offers becaus
e refusing them is considered an insult. Therefore, the homes of the villagers are all for all people as if they are one house for all. Hence the name of the company “Beit El Kell” (House of All). The villagers united to pick vegetables and fruits like olives, figs, grapes... In addition, whatever we like to eat we can find in our villages because the workers were working all day/year to provide everything. Moreover, after a long day, they would gather in one house to have dinner, sing and dance beautiful songs, play cards, or play backgammon (traditional Lebanese games) and compete with each other to have fun and put on some fun. Therefore, they coexisted with each other joyfully, calmly and cared for each other. That is why I consider every employee of “Beit El Kell” a member of the family, and we provide them with a spirit of love, intimacy, joy and generosity along with professional performance of their work. LEBANESE PRODUCTS (EL MOUNET)
The Lebanese “Mouna” is a custom inherited from the Lebanese villagers, as the habit of acquiring winter mortar is considered one of the Lebanese “Folklore” heritage, and it is still inherited by many Lebanese. Some types of Lebanese Mouna - especially the “Keshek, the kawarma, pickled Labneh and all kind of vegetables pickles - It is one of thegood nutritious that migrated and spread to the ends of the earth, so everyone who emigrated carried with him to the countries of expatriation these foods that he grew up on, so it became known in “Beit El Kell restaurant” - Dubai and globally.
LIVE MUSIC
Among the cultures of Lebanon was the musical arts, so the villagers used to gather in the villages and play musical instruments such as the “Ood” and the Flute to beautify the Lebanese evenings with sweet melodies and traditional songs. In the rural slums “Asha Karawi”, the villages would challenge each other and play the most beautiful melodies, and the villagers interacted with them with the traditional melodies, the dances and the Dabkeh (our Traditional Dance). Therefore, we moved these heritage events to everyone's house and organized a live concert for customers to interact with by singing and dancing.
KIDS AREA
In the villages, the kids used to beautify the evenings with their laughter and their innocent games and tricks. Therefore, in “Beit El Kell”, we created a corner for children to play and have fun while their parents dine and party, reassuring that their children are having fun nearby.
DELIVERY SEVICES
A meal delivery service is a service that sends customers fresh, frozen, or hot prepared meals delivered to their homes and offices. These services individually package pre-portioned meals to assist with eating a healthy meal. These services cook and prepare meals for customers. Meal delivery orders are typically on demand, intended to be eaten right away, and include hot, already-prepared food. While some service providers offer subscription services, ordering for delivery usually involves contacting a local restaurant or chain by telephone or online. Meal delivery requires special technology and care, since the food items are already cooked and prepared, and can be easily damaged if dropped, tilted, or left out for long periods of time. Hotbags are often used to keep food warm. They are thermal bags, typically made of vinyl, nylon, or Cordura, that passively retain heat.
