The cold kitchen, also known as the garde manger station, focuses on preparing cold food items . I'm looking commi 1 garl who can take lead. Some of the specific responsibilities of in the cold kitchen may include:

1. Preparing salads, dressings, and cold appetizers.
2. Creating and assembling charcuterie boards, cheese platters, and hors d'oeuvres.
3. Making sandwiches, wraps, and other chilled sandwiches.
