Three years ago, when Lila Taqueria first opened its doors, the mission was simple — bring the spirit of Mexico to Dubai in the most authentic way possible. 🇲🇽

There’s a saying in Mexico that the table is where everything happens — stories are shared, families gather, friendships grow, and food is made to be enjoyed slowly, together. That feeling became the heart of Lila.

From handmade tortillas and traditional recipes to the warmth of the space and hospitality, Taqueria was always meant to feel more than just a restaurant — it was our way of bringing a little piece of Mexico to the city we call home. 🌮✨

Gringa de Camarón brings together locally sourced shrimp, dipped in red chile and melted with Manchego cheese in a warm, housemade tortilla. Sweet pineapple, crunchy lettuce, and fresh radish add the perfect balance.

Simple, honest flavours — inspired by heritage.🇲🇽

This one’s already made its mark.🌮

A hit across our caterings, our guajillo-lime marinated chicken brings together smoky heat, fresh crunch, and bright citrus in every bite.

Come experience it at Lila.

breaks it down — from masa to masala, from tandoor to open flame — the parallels between Mexican and Indian kitchens aren’t just similarities, they’re stories passed down through generations.

Same soul. Different spice.

This is more than a collaboration — it’s a dialogue on a plate.

Four hands loading… 🌽

A day at the farm, under the sun, picking the freshest produce straight from the soil. Talking fire, spice, technique — and how Mexican and Indian cuisines, though oceans apart, feel so deeply connected.

Both rooted in tradition.
Both layered with flavour.
Both guided by instinct, memory, and respect for the ingredient.

What began as a harvest turned into a conversation — about masa and masala, about slow cooking and open flames, about the similarities that quietly tie our kitchens together.

Four hands. Two cultures. One table.

Lila x Khadak — a collaboration grown from the ground up.

Coming soon. 🌿✨
