We use techniques and skills of traditional sushi Chefs but also emphasize the modern interpretation of this ancient cuisine. Our Chefs use the highest quality of fish, skillfully cut and prepared it fresh, daily in our kitchen. Care and attention goes into every last piece ensuring that it looks amazing and tastes even better!

To all our lovely customers: there are predicted to be another 4 storms today and they're all much stronger than what we have had already. We have decided, for the safety of our drivers and all employees in the store to stop trading today and go home safely now rather than wait for things to get worst.
