We’re hiring a Supervisor to join the West to West Kitchen team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on operational role –  not a desk job. You’ll lead the team, oversee service and food prep, handle stock and basic financial admin, and share responsibilities across our two locations in Al Danah and Masdar City.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and follows through without needing reminders. Comfortable with numbers. Confident leading a team. A genuine food lover – hospitality or QSR experience is an advantage.
