In keeping with its promise to offer the best of Southeast Asia, Sontaya showcases a menu which highlights various flavors from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. And while the flavors from the region remain true, venue’s Chef de Cuisine, Peter Peerapong has carefully chosen delicacies that provide healthy options including steamed and poached dishes. Highlights include Vietnamese Beef Salad with a homemade garlic chili sauce, Massaman Short Rib Curry and Steamed Red Snapper.
