Asia de Cuba, Abu Dhabi’s distinct restaurant, lounge and beach club has been designed to blend a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere with an innovative menu featuring the brand’s signature modern Chino-Latino cuisine. With Asia de Cuba’s cuisine rooted in the Asian influence on Cuban food and culture from Havana's Chinatown; ‘El Barrio Chino de la Habana’, one of the oldest and largest in Latin America. I

t is by drawing on this cross-cultural influence that Asia de Cuba creates a style of food entirely of its own. The menu is the creation of Cuban-born Asia de Cuba Executive Chef Luis Pous, and has been tailored to represent tastes across this region, whilst staying faithful to the brands core DNA. The enticing variety on offer represents intensely flavored and creatively prepared dishes. Whilst the menu will welcome a few new additions to the acclaimed global concept, Abu Dhabi’s discerning crowds can also expect to see favourites including, ‘Dumplings de Enchilado de Cangrejo’, ‘Cuban Seafood Stew’, ‘Shrimp Churros with Coconut Curry’, ‘Cumin Roasted Lamb Leg with Maduros, Yucca and Black Beans’, ‘Rocoto Miso Glazed Snapper with Orange Mojo’. Having created a concept incorporating the very best of Asian and Latin cuisines with a lively yet sophisticated ambiance, Asia de Cuba is certain to be an inspired hub of social activity.
