The Flavours of 50 Best evening brunch returns to Graphos Social Kitchen on 31 January, bringing together collaborative chef menus, creative pairings, and one-of-a-kind culinary experiences.
Headlining this year is Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura of Maido in Lima, recently crowned The World’s Best Restaurant 2025. Widely recognised for advancing Nikkei cuisine on the global stage, he will be joined by Yasmina Hayek, Executive Chef of Em Sherif and recipient of MENA’s Best Female Chef Award 2025. Known for championing Lebanese cuisine with modern refinement, she leads one of the region’s most recognisable family-owned restaurant groups.
Completing the line-up is Dej Kewkacha of Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok, winner of Asia’s Best Pastry Chef Award 2025, and known for his imaginative approach to desserts and savoury-sweet expressions at the first Louis Vuitton restaurant in Southeast Asia. Behind the bar, Manja Stankovic of Mimi Kakushi, ranked No.36 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and named The Best Bar in the Middle East 2025, will curate the evening’s beverage programme.
