Sweet Potato Chips, Hake and Covo

For the Sweet Potato Chips

Cut up sweet potatoes like chips then toss them in oil, potato/chip spice, cinnamon and a bit of salt then put in Airfryer. select the Chips setting and cook.

Mine cooked in 1 cycle

Hake was also seasoned and cooked in the Airfryer

Oatmeal Banana Bread

Recipe
1. Crush 200g of oats in a blender.
2. Mash 2 ripe bananas, add 2 tblsp olive oil, 1tsp baking powder, salt, 1tblsp honey and 2eggs
3. add to the blender with the oats
4. Blend until all mixed well.
5. Bake 25 to 30 min

after- thought
