There is no clean money, so there can be no clean ministry or clean business. We all operate in a dirty system with a clean heart.
*1. WHO HAS CLEAN MONEY? NO ONE*
Money circulates. Your salary comes from a company that dodged tax, that company got a tender from government, that government borrowed from IMF.
- Even the cleanest banks in the world were fined. In 2020 alone, global banks paid *$15 BILLION* in fines for money laundering - JP Morgan, Standard Chartered, HSBC all of them.
- In Zimbabwe, US Dollar you hold today - 80% of USD in circulation passed through grey market at least once. RBZ report 2023 showed that.
- If you use Ecocash, you pay 2% tax - but Ecocash agent also does cash-out without tax. So your clean money touched dirty system.
*2. WHO HAS CLEAN MINISTRY? NO ONE*
Every big church has a scandal.
Facts:
- Catholic Church - Vatican bank scandal, thousands of abuse cases settled for $4 billion.
- In Zimbabwe - Every major ministry has had a land case, divorce case, or money case in court. UFIC, ZAOGA, Johanne Masowe - all.
- Prophet receives offering - that offering came from someone who stole at work, someone who is a pr******te, someone who is corrupt. Ministry money is mixed. That is why Bible says offering is cleansed by the altar, not by the source.

Facts:

- In Zimbabwe, to get a business license you pay council - council worker asks for "something" to speed up. To get ZESA connected, you pay someone. To import, ZIMRA wants facilitation.

- Even farmer - he uses fertilizer imported by a company that under-invoiced.
