Recipe

Mint Aero Rings

250g butter
¾ cup icing sugar
½ cup oil
4 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp cocoa
Mint essence
½ cup coconut
Flour as needed

Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Then add in the oil and beat till light in colour. Then add corn flour and beat again. Then add cocoa , mint essence and coconut and beat again. Lastly add flour bit by bit while mixing with the hands to make a soft dough. Roll and cut into desired shape . Bake at 180 degrees till done.  Once cooled drizzle with milk chocolate and grated mint aero.
