When the world slowed down, Mun Manal accelerated.

Opening Ukkō in the middle of COVID was a gamble. Our Ukkō team showed up and delivered not knowing what the future would hold. It meant long hours, hard decisions and zero room for excuses.

But what truly shaped Ukkō wasn’t luck. It was people. A team that showed up and executed. Suppliers who backed the vision. Customers who believed early. Relationships built in uncertain times that became the foundation for something lasting.

Ukkō isn’t just a restaurant. It’s proof of resilience under constraint, built on trust, sustained by consistency, and earned every step of the way.
