Tshepang Dean is an award-winning South African music composer, professional pianist, audio engineer, and Afri-funk artist with over 15 years of experience in film and theater scoring, songwriting, and production. He is well known for his solo music projects—including the album Ngihambe—and collaborative works. Born and raised in Sabie, Mpumalanga. Tshepang will be performing live with his new single title : Underweather
Musical Career and Style
Creates unique African funk (Afri-funk) sounds, blending rich keyboard and vocal arrangements.
Released projects like Ngihambe and The Afri-Funk Collection - EP.
Works extensively as a live performer, session instrumentalist, and vocal collaborator.

Award-winning South African music composer, pianist, audio engineer and Afri-Funk artist, Tshepang Dean brings over 15 years of musical experience to the stage.

Born and raised in Sabie, Mpumalanga, Tshepang has built a remarkable career spanning film, theatre, songwriting, music production and live performance. Known for his distinctive African-funk sound, rich keyboard arrangements and soulful vocals, he has worked across numerous creative projects, including theatrical productions at Joburg Theatre.
