🐂 Meet Ester – Our Droëwors Queen! 👑
If there’s one thing Ester does NOT play around with, it’s droëwors! 😂
Ester is our bobaas droëwors maker and the self-appointed Quality Control Department at Geelvet Biltong Deli.
She is VERY particular when it comes to meat quality. If the meat isn’t up to her standards, you’ll know about it… because our sweet Ester suddenly becomes Ester the Brompot! 😂🙈
And then there’s the fat…
Ester watches that fat content like a hawk! 👀
Only brisket fat will do. Bring her anything else and she’ll look at you like you’ve just insulted her entire family! 🤣
She knows exactly what she wants, and thanks to her eagle eye for quality, her patience and her serious droëwors skills, we get that delicious Geelvet droëwors that keeps everyone coming back for more.
