What a way to end a loving day of self care. Not quite banting but cheap nonetheless. I am sure these random items would be stored in your cupboard somewhere in the back, waiting for the rats, cats, or pigeons to whisk it all away

- Maggie 2 minute noodles, or any other brand variation of your choice
- a different pack of soup of your choosing to add to the water where the noodle flavourant is emptied into
- ⏰cook on high in a microwave for about 2 minutes
-🧂add salt and pepper to taste, at the end rather, not in the beginning

Note:
The noodle flavour packet already has MSG, and we all know what means... monosodiumglutomate, for those who don't want to Google

- Mom's left over thick soup, made in a slow cooker a few nights back, freshly defrosted and kept overnight in the fridge, for safe keeping, away from the rats that play. Mom thoroughly enjoyed *this* product variation 😇
- cuppa soup, chicken and mushroom flavour for this recipe, but you can use your own as well, also with two teaspoons of beetroot juice, just for extra nutrition, or that little bit of deception to be added for the guests you serve

- 🫖Chamemile tea, left to brew using only the hottest boiled water the kettle can provide,
- Tumeric spice, just the tip of a teaspoon
- A little milk, hot or cold, whichever you prefer
- ⏰Heat up in the microwave for 30 secs
- Add a little cinnamon towards the end, just before serving.

Just for tonight, and possibly for guests as well, since I am my own guinea pig 🥰😍😘

A new venture commences...

What's on the menu at your house?

At my house, for lunch..

A wholesome meal made of souped up ingredients prepared in a slow cooker.

The ingredients, from Checkers and various fruit and veg stalls along the side of an impoverished community. Examples being:
- Green bell pepper, chopped to your preference
- Carrots, peeled and chopped as desired
- Green beans, tipped and topped, and chopped up to your choosing
- Onions, finely chopped, which is optional for the family's taste buds
- Robinson spices, to add flavor

Hint: do not add salt and pepper at this stage. This recipe also does not include any Cape Malay spices, otherwise the preparation thereof would differ slightly. As them, they would know better than me 🤣

Anyhoo, back to the grind...

Prepared in a slow cooker for around 15 hours, or overnight, as desired. Then, once softened, keep the liquid as it will make a beautiful broth for later, and will aid in defrosting in a microwave. Oh yes, make sure to freeze for later use as well. I am sure the family would be begging for more tomorrow, once you taste the magic in your mouth!

Freeze in appropriate proportions. We used mom's old lunchboxes, from the daus Noah's Ark still existed but any old empty margarine tub would do, for those who practice recycling, and have the storage capacity in the freezer for later usage.

Once defrosted, we added two sachets of Cuppa Soup, we used creamy chicken and mushroom flavor, into a microwave-friendly mixing bowl and then decanted into two adult-sized plastic eating bowls, for those who are concerned about an elderly woman possibly dropping the bowl 😅.

We then warmed up each bowl, added salt and pepper and condiments to our taste, and the rest was wonderfully enjoyed, adding beetroot for garnish, and two slices of brown wholewheat bread on the side.

The rest was for glampers to decide how the bread was to be folded, and gobbled up, like to geese were are meant to be for each other's servitude, and kindess to be rewarded right around the table.

What a holy communicable meal it was between mom and I.

What banting budget friendly recipe ideas do you have in mind? I am on a tight budget but require healthy alternatives to the white supremicist type meals even the A.W.B., K.K.K., the Illuminati, or even the Christian f*cking Vatican city pope would suggest...

Mine, and mom's, is cuppa-soup

Preferably in a glass jar, with some or other twizzle stick, no pics coming through, merely food for thought to the birds on the wire... keep a watchful eye on the poverty stricken areas as well, the car guards require it. And the earthworms appreciate the compost, but please don't litter too much, as it attracts rats, requiring rat poison, and therefore poisoning the cats who hunt them, even if they playfully hunt. They are definitely not used in satanic rituals, to the best of my knowledge, as I have not be personally involved to witness such indecent acts on humanity.

An Irish delicacy, a stew, made of the perfect meat, pork belly.

Ti much if the dismay of many creeds and cultures alike, Jesus cast a legion of demons into the belly of pigs.

Those who do not follow Jesus Christ, and accept Him as the Messiah, beware... I will guard my personal brand aggressively if I must, disdainfully if I choose, and rebelliously, against man's limited understanding thereof. Let them who have ears, listen AND understand simultaneously. This applies to gossip mongering about myself and the life I once lived previously before I established my brand. One of my personal favourites, right after Song of Solomon from the Bible, even if you're atheist, it still carries valuable evidence of how a marriage should be conducted, in leui of the grief I still go through after having lost my dad and and my fiancé in the same year, last year. The grief is still so real, as if it happened yesterday, but thanks to homeopathic recipes, I am firmly on the mend, with my supportive community and professional network of friends firmly in tact.

Some freshly brewed Hibuscus tea, brought to my beautiful home from a beautiful friend of mine, Delice.

Now I am able to gallavant and paint the town red through all my errands because my blood sugar will now be kept regular throughout the day, hot or cold.

I wonder, could Lipton manufacture some freshly brewed Hibiscus ice tea in future, or shall I...

Providing it contains no other medicinal influences contained within, of course, just as a safety measure for the kids running around at home 😇
