I have been so blessed in the past few weeks to have received several catering jobs and platter orders! Thank you for the support and trust for your special events and occasions! I only got a few snaps of dishes I created and served, but my customers have been extremely happy with my services and food and my heart is overwhelmed with happiness!

I have been feeling rather uninspired to post here lately...but tonight's dinners were so delicious that I thought I had to share them with you. I didn't even bother taking very impressive photos because we had to get them in our faces! Creamy basil, parmesan and tomato soup with oozy triple cheese toasties, and then a classic rosemary and garlic chicken roast with a crispy roast potato and steamed butternut, all smothered in delightful herbs and aromatics, and of course real butter and a dollop of sour cream. Oh my soul!
