On the 27th of September, join us for a Heritage Day Lunch at the castle, as we gather around the table for a celebration of culture, tradition and truly South African flavour. 🇿🇦
Experience an authentic taste of Zulu tradition with a special feast lovingly prepared by our Zulu Gogos, celebrating flavours and recipes shared through generations.
The afternoon will come alive with traditional Zulu dancers, Zulu b**r and a feast of much-loved favourites, before ending on a sweet note with Malva pudding and custard. 🤎
As we celebrate South African Zulu tradition, the Turkish heritage at the heart of A’la Turka remains part of the day. Our traditional restaurant menu will still be available as usual, with the special Traditional Zulu menu offered separately in a dedicated area of the castle.
More than a celebration, this Heritage Day Lunch is also an opportunity to give back, with a portion of the proceeds from the event being donated to charity.
