The final programming day was a great success, chefs Vaughn, Guy and Franco, created a collaborative dish for about 30 Mandela Washington alumni, key Embassy contacts, and U.S. beef suppliers. They combined authentic American and South African favourite dishes in a mini sampler for all to taste. The day ended with an evening reception where they presented the same collaborative dishes to about 60 diplomatic contacts and embassy staff. 🇺🇸🇿🇦
