A recent evening featuring The Gourmand, one of our Signature Menus and home to a few of our newest creations.
From smoked paprika & lemon prawns served on paella polenta, to pan-seared line fish with poached mussels and a delicate court bouillon, ending with a steamed Île Flottante finished with lime crème anglaise, almond tuile, and passion fruit curd.
Menus like these are the result of months of tasting, refining, and carefully balancing flavours until every dish earns its place at the table.
