Ons wortels bepaal ons roete.

Hierdie borde het aan my Afrikaanse ouma, Heleen behoort die vrou wat my geleer bak het en waar my liefde vir bak en kosmaak begin het.

Soveel van wat Reminisce vandag is, het eintlik by haar begin. Die liefde vir kos, die nostalgie van resepte en die herinneringe wat rondom ’n tafel gemaak word.

Reminisce gaan vir my juis daaroor, om terug te d**k aan waar ons vandaan kom, en daardie herinneringe saam met ons vorentoe te neem.
