Please note that Mastro Dario Salumi will be implementing a price increase effective **1 October 2026**.

Due to the continued rise in fuel, electricity, raw materials, imported goods and general production costs, this adjustment has become unavoidable. Every effort has been made to keep the increase to a minimum while maintaining the quality of our products and service.

🇮🇹 Introducing the newest salami in our collection! Vecchia Ricetta R519 p/kg

Made using an old-world recipe, this special salami celebrates traditional whole-animal butchery. It combines carefully selected cuts of locally sourced A grade pork. All the pork is sourced from a local butcher right here in George, supporting local while preserving authentic Italian craftsmanship.

Instead of relying only on dried spices, we use fresh garlic marinated in wine for three days, creating a wonderfully rich and distinctive flavour.

Please note: this salami is sold whole only and cannot be sliced.
