As you guys probably know, this book one of my favorites. Francine Rivers is a a very popular Christian author and her books are even more popular. I was introduced to her writing soon after getting Saved and this book was my first purchase from her collection.

This book has played such a life changing role in my life and it is one of the ways in which God started the conversation about who I was going to marry.

This book paints a beautiful and heartwarming picture of what being loved unconditionally means. It perfectly portrays devotion, forgiveness, dedication, giving, gentle and understanding in marriage so much so that one cannot help but pray for a similar love story.

This book is a gentle yet powerful reminder that we are all worthy of love regardless of our past and how we view ourselves. We’re all deserving of finding the one who’s devoted to us and loves us unconditionally (to the best of their human abilities).

I have put it in the legacy box for my kids because it speaks volumes about the love story of their parents and a God who made it happen.
