For someone who has built before and wants to build again — properly.

You will:
☕ Take full ownership of a core function of the business
☕ Drive strategy through to ex*****on
☕ Make decisions that directly affect revenue, systems, and direction
☕ Build alongside the founder, not advise from the sidelines
Equity: Meaningful
Capital contribution: Possible, discussed case-by-case basis

2️⃣ TECHNICAL PARTNER (Specialist)
For someone with deep technical capability and clear domain expertise.

You will:
🌱 Own a defined technical domain critical to growth
🌱 Design, build, and maintain systems the business depends on
🌱 Work closely with the founder and equity partner
Equity: Smaller, clearly scoped
Capital contribution: Not required

NON-NEGOTIABLES (BOTH ROLES)
🌍 Proven ex*****on in real businesses
🌎 Comfort with ownership and accountability
🌏 Ability to build in imperfect conditions
🌍 Long-term mindset and consistency

This is not exploratory.
This is not a trial arrangement.

Last day of 2025.
Not a year of loud wins. Not a clean arc.

It was a year of staying in the room when things didn’t resolve quickly —
of muddy walks, slow mornings, and two dogs who never once asked for a plan.

Some things worked. Some didn’t.
Some took far longer than expected.

Ayla and Ragnar didn’t care about timelines.
They cared about showing up.
About the walk happening, even when it was late.
About being there, every day, no matter what else was unresolved.

They reminded me that momentum doesn’t always look like progress.
Sometimes it looks like patience.
Like recalibration.
Like choosing not to burn everything down just because it’s hard.

I followed their lead.
Showed up when I could.
Paused when I needed to.
Stayed honest about where things were — financially, mentally, professionally.

That mattered.
They made sure of it.
