We are incredibly proud to share that Calore Cucina Italiana has been officially certified under the Ospitalità Italiana – Italian Restaurants in the World project, promoted in South Africa by ItalCham.

This recognition celebrates our commitment to authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and preserving the traditions that make Italy so special.

From our handmade daily pasta and artisan wood-fired pizzas to our signature risottos and veal specialties, every dish is prepared with carefully selected imported ingredients, timeless recipes, and a genuine love for Italian food.

Inspired by owner Ezio Nichele's decades of hospitality experience and years spent in Italy, Calore was created to bring people together around the table to experience the warmth, flavours, and joy of la dolce vita.
