Peak avocado season meets modern artisan. At Ligaya Modern Sorbetes, we are turning nature’s creamiest fruit into our next great flavor test.

9 weeks ago, our base was 96.7% there.

Since then:
dozens of test batches,
countless notes,
recipe revisions,
flavor experiments,
and more ice cream than we'd like to admit.

Ligaya didn't happen overnight.

Every batch has taught us something.

More to come.

What started as ARAT was rooted in movement — let’s go, tara, gather, eat.
And in many ways, it captured the energy of what we were building.

But the deeper we sat with/and explored Modern Sorbetes, the more we realized the brand wasn’t just about movement.

It was about feeling.

Comfort. Memory. Warmth. Joy.
The feeling after the first bite.
The feeling of sharing dessert at the table.
The feeling sorbetes gave many of us growing up — reimagined for today.

That’s what led us to:
Ligaya Modern Sorbetes 🌴🍨
“Ligaya” felt closer to the soul of the brand:
something warm, timeless, Filipino, and emotionally familiar — while still feeling modern enough to grow beyond a single dessert, place, or trend.

Same vision.
Clearer heart.

Modern Sorbetes.
Comfort, reimagined.
