Tonight, a new tasting menu opens behind the red curtain.

For Festa di Mezza Estate, Chef Michael has taken the last of the Ontario summer and sent it south, into eight courses that owe as much to Sicily and Puglia as they do to the farms an hour outside the city.

Eight courses, $125. Wine pairings, $75.

Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm.
