The bit the customers don’t see.

2 step cleaning process - degreaser and then sanitiser, use wet hoover to hoover up coffee and any liquids on the floor, then mop the floor and leave to fully dry before loading everything back inside the trailer again. I do this between EVERY use of the coffee trailer.

Spotlessly clean again now though and a lovely day for it today too 😎☕️
