Every tile tells a story.

Hand-painted by Red Rock Tileworks and inspired by the native sea life of Florida’s Gulf Coast, these custom pieces bring a little bit of the coast into every corner of Indaco. A special shoutout to chelsearobot and Ian Patrick Cato, whose fine art skills brought each of these details to life by hand.

“Triangoli” translates to “triangles” in Italian - a classic filled pasta shape designed to hold every bit of what’s inside.

Ours is packed with ricotta and sweet corn, then finished with crab, heirloom tomatoes, butter, basil, lemon, parmesan, and ricotta salata.

What makes a wood-fired pizza so distinctive? It all starts with the oven.

Our oven reaches temperatures that a conventional oven simply can’t, creating a perfectly blistered crust, crisp edges, and a light, airy center in just a few minutes. At that heat, the dough rapidly expands as water turns to steam, creating the airy pockets and chewy texture that define a great wood-fired crust.

From dough to fire to table, every step matters.
