Every day the stacks get higher, the sauce gets richer, the dough gets softer — and the gnocchi? Handmade, just the way it should be.

We’ve been grinding behind the scenes — learning, adapting, building, and pouring everything we’ve got into this. Bali has opened the door, and we’re running through it with passion, chaos, love, and a whole lot of carbs.

From trays of tegamino to batches of fresh gnocchi, every piece is made with intention. We’re not here to rush. We’re here to make it worth it.
