HEALTHY COMPETITION. HIGH MORALE. STRONG PRINCIPLES. 💪✨
At Lutong Bahay by Ysabelle, Glam Spot Salon by Ysabelle, and Sun Night Salon & Spa by Ysabelle, we believe that there is room for everyone to succeed.
We respect healthy competition, but we are not here to compete with anyone. Our greatest competition is who we were yesterday. We focus on improving our service, raising our standards, taking care of our customers, and becoming better every single day.
We have high morale, strong values, and confidence in what we have built. We don’t need to bring others down just to lift ourselves up. And we will not waste our energy answering every rumor, negative comment, or bad propaganda thrown our way. Our work, our loyal customers, and our continued growth will speak for us.
But let this also be clear: silence should never be mistaken for weakness. We choose professionalism and peace, but when anyone crosses the line—through harassment, defamation, or actions that harm our people and our businesses—we will stand firm, protect our name, and fight for our rights through the proper channels.
We don’t compete by destroying others. We compete by becoming better.
We don’t answer noise with noise. We answer it with excellence.
But when our rights are crossed, we will never be afraid to defend what we have worked hard to build.
This is TEAM YSABELLE — united, professional, resilient, and always moving forward. 👑💪
