🌿 We’re Hiring a Full-Time Kavatender + Team Member! 🌿
We are looking for a vibrant, motivated person to join our team at Colorado Mountain Kava in Longmont, CO. This full-time position leans heavily toward evening shifts, but flexibility is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and brings good energy, flexibility, and strong service skills to the table.
🚫 One quick thing:
We LOVE our daily regulars, but we aren’t hiring frequent customers. It’s nothing personal—it’s about keeping the atmosphere safe and balanced for everyone. We’re looking for someone fresh to bring new energy to the crew and environment.
💥 Must-Haves:
• Barista, bartending, or restaurant experience
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• A calm presence in high-energy spaces
• Team player energy & ability to take initiative
• Age 21+ (it’s a vibe, and a safety thing)
**Bonus points** if you’re passionate about herbal wellness or curious to learn more!

• Serve up plant-based mocktails, kava, and tea (with love of course 😊)
• Keep things clean, organized, and welcoming
• Connect with customers + co-workers with kindness & clarity
• Maintain flow, safety and support for your team
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
• Be a positive presence for guests and coworkers a like
