⭐ Ratings:

🐟 Catfish & Grits: 10/10 – Perfectly seasoned with a nice char. Definitely a must-try!

🦞 Catfish Tchoupitoulas: 10/10 – Packed with flavor, reminded us of jambalaya with crawfish, and the spice was just right.

🥔 Seasoned Potatoes: 7/10 – Good, but nothing special.

🥞 Pancakes: 7/10 – Good, classic pancakes.

🌭 Sausage Links: 7/10 – Pretty standard.

🍹 Run Me Down Canal: 10/10 – Delicious and STRONG! One will do it for most people. 😂

🍹 Jolly Rancher: 9/10 – Sweet, refreshing, and worth trying.

✨ Service & Atmosphere: 10/10 – Friendly staff, great hospitality, and a welcoming vibe.

🌥️ Overall: 9.5/10 ⭐

We’ll definitely be back! If you’re looking for flavorful brunch and strong drinks in New Orleans, Up & Adam Eatz is worth the visit.

📍 Southern Classic Chicken – Hammond, LA

💰 Total: $21.88
⏱️ Wait Time: Fast! The line kept moving, and we had our food pretty quickly.

🍗 Chicken: 10/10 🔥
The chicken was fresh, hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. It definitely lived up to the hype. The peppers were the perfect addition.

🫘 Red Beans: 3/10
Unfortunately, they were pretty bland and lacked seasoning. They needed a lot more flavor.

🍚 Dirty Rice: 6/10
The rice was a little overcooked and mushy, but the seasoning and overall flavor were actually really good.

💵 Value: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
For $21.88, you get exactly what you pay for. Great portions, great chicken, and a quick drive-thru experience.

Overall Rating: 8/10
If you’re craving fried chicken, Southern Classic is definitely worth the stop. We’d come back for the chicken every time—we’re just skipping the red beans on the next visit.
