This lovely venue is on the A48 just outside of Carmarthen behind a petrol station. Wonderful views of the rolling hills from the restaurant. Brilliant breakfast, lunch menus including gluten free and vegetarian.

Something different for breakfast, lots of other choices, including traditional breakfast or scrambled eggs, avocado and bacon. Sit inside or out overlooking the bay at Amroth.

After a lovely long walk at Dinefwr park with 29 folk from the St Clears walking group, coffee and lunch at one of my favourite places. Poached eggs, mixed mushrooms and avocado on muffin with chill jam, delicious.

Well it's pancake day, so breakfast pancakes with bacon and maple syrup at Mols Bistro, St. Clears, followed by pancakes with fresh fruit and yoghurt for lunch at The Stone Range at Brook, near Pendine.
