Everything that could go wrong with filling and decorating this cake did.

1. Mid making buttercream I had to run out and buy vanilla, so I thought okay cool kill two birds with one stone. So I went to collect my cake topper for this cake.

2. Someone stole my cake topper. Yes. I'm serious. Someone mistook a graduation cake topper for my marvel one. I honestly can't with some people. But luckily my cake topper lady was in and she's so lovely she remade it for me but something else happened to the topper but I won't say what 😂 but by like 4/430 I got this cakes cake topper.

3. It's too hot. Heat + cake + buttercream + me = done with life. My buttercream just wouldn't firm up at all, even when it was in the fridge etc. so when I delivered the cake it was still soft AF which was really annoying.

4. Because it was too hot, I had issues stacking, filling and icing the cake. I had to dowel the cake, then change the entire design because the icing wasn't smoothing out right and my coloured buttercreams weren't acting like they should've so I said screw it and scrapped it altogether.

5. Then obviously because it was so hot, even with my cars AC and the buttercream was still soft so when handing over to the customer it went on the box 🤦🏻‍♀️ but tbh this is normal when you hand people the cake box because they always grab it a weird way.

Like this isn't terrible but it's not my best or how I envisioned it which is really annoying because I can usually envision something and turn it into something real. But no.

Anyway this beast was a 10 inch 4 layer cake 👀

like tell me why these flames made me feel like I was in the pits of hell. tbh with all the beer being thrown around I felt like I was anyway. but also this is it. cakes never leave a bakers mind

Fr tho this concert was insane and I will bake for these boys all day any day. For some of it I felt like I was in a kdrama so yes these boys can have any bakes
