A fantastic opportunity has arisen and we're looking for a driven, engaging, experienced and passionate General Manager to lead Stein Haus Swansea. Stein Haus is a modern food & Beerhall/Late night bar located on Little Wind Street.
Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate General Manager who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.
You must have previous management experience of late-night venues, managing entertainment and promotions.
As a General Manager you will be responsible for:
- All profit and loss accounts
- Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
- Training & developing staff at all levels
- Be commercially minded
- Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong man-management skills
- Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
- Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
Ideal Candidate will:
- Must hold a Personal Licence
- Experienced in a similar high footfall late night club/ cocktail bar background
- Have a strong front of house presence.
- Be able to work with teams of over 30 staff
- Must have a strong financial understanding
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
- Must be flexible in working late nights
- Used to being in a customer service background
- Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority.
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment to driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the late-night/club industry.
