Established in 2019, SAJ HUT is proud to be the first Lebanese restaurant in Iloilo City, introducing the rich and vibrant flavors of Lebanese cuisine to Western Visayas. We began as a humble takeaway concept, where customers ordered handcrafted wraps through a small service window. Due to overwhelming support, we expanded to include a dine-in area ju

At the heart of our concept is Saj Bread—a traditional Lebanese flatbread, thinner than pita, baked on a domed metal griddle called a saj. Light, soft, and perfect for wraps, this bread is central to the menu. All meals are cooked fresh upon order, ensuring each dish is served with care, consistency, and bold flavor.
