📢 Important Pickup Policy Update
Hi everyone! 💕
I just wanted to take a second to share an important update regarding order pickups.
All of my baked goods are made fresh to order and reserved specifically for each customer. Because my products are perishable and made with time, care, and quality ingredients, it’s important that orders are picked up as scheduled.
If you’re running late or something unexpected comes up, please send me a message before your scheduled pickup time whenever possible. I’m always happy to work with you when I know what’s going on.
Effective immediately:
🧁 Orders must be picked up during your selected pickup window, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
📩 If you need to change your pickup time, please contact me before your scheduled pickup. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes when my schedule allows.
❌ Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window, and for which no prior arrangements have been made, will be considered forfeited.
💰 Due to the perishable nature of my products, no refunds or replacements will be provided for forfeited orders.
