Here is information you should know when ordering a cake.
*Quotes: You must send the following information:
Date
Amount of people
Photo for inspiration
Coverage (Fondant or Buttercream)
*Times when I will be responding to messages:
Monday to Friday: 9am-6:30pm
Sundays: 11am-4:00pm
I will only be responding to messages within that time, if you write to me after the indicated time, I will respond the next day.
*Deposits:
EVERY order requires a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit without distinction of person. No date will be reserved for anyone without having paid a deposit, it will be granted to the first person to pay.
*Pickup/Deliveries:
When you have to pick up your order, please be ON TIME, if you are a little late send a message. Deliveries carry an additional charge.
*BESIDES...
*I accept payments through PAYPAL, ZELLE, CASH APP, VENMO and CASH.
*I do not accept last minute orders.

*Horarios qué estaré respondiendo mensajes:
Lunes a Viernes: 9am-6:30pm
Domingos: 11am-4:00pm
Solo estare respondiendo mensajes dentro de ese horario, si me escribe después de la hora indicada, le responderé al día siguiente.
*Depositos:
TODA orden requiere un 50% de depósito NO REEMBOLSABLE sin distinción de persona. No se reservara fecha a nadie sin haber pagado deposito, se le concederá a la primera persona que pague.
*Recogido/Deliveries:
Cuando tenga que recoger su orden, por favor sea PUNTUAL, si se le hizo un poco tarde envie un mensaje. Los deliveries conlleva cargo adicional.

*Acepto pagos a través de PAYPAL, ZELLE, CASH APP, VENMO y EFECTIVO.
*No acepto órdenes a ultimo minuto.
