It's a wrap! A very first mini event at Loam & Luke was such a heartfelt experience 🫶🏽

Morning Yoga & Pilates actively got us started 🔥🔥thanks to the one and only Kru Tik with a creative session with pole.

Afternoon "Self Reflection" & "Himalayan Singing Bowl", led by 2 super positive, calm and talented instructors Aroha mana.aki & Energy field

Ended with chill music from Twinkle Thas

"Productive" "social detox" "new friendship"

Totally a good getaway weekend for all our guests and hosts. We couldn't be more thankful for all those who drove to visit and help us create this meaningful start✨

We'll keep improving our space and what's required to facilitate all of our like minded peers to come👍🏽

จบไปแล้วกับกิจกรรมวันแรกของ Loam & Luke ที่ถึงแม้จะร้อนและวุ่นวายบ้าง แต่ทุกๆคนก็เปิดใจและเต็มที่กับกิจกรรมและเพื่อนใหม่ที่เพิ่งจะได้พบกัน

เริ่มต้นวันด้วยการฝึกโยคะและพิลาทิสกับครูติ๊ก ที่สอนผู้ให้กำเนิด Loam & Luke มามากกว่า 10 ปี ทั้งรุ่นแม่และรุ่นลูก 😂🫶🏽 พร้อมกับคลาสใหม่ที่ใช้อุปกรณ์ท่อมาเสริมให้ประสบการณ์การฝึกสนุกและแปลกใหม่

และเข้าสู่กิจกรรมช่วงบ่ายกับการมองสะท้อนตัวเรา และ คลื่นเสียงบำบัด นำโดย คุณมุก และคุณออม เป็นกิจกรรมที่ช่วยนำให้เรากลับเข้ามาใช้เวลาเพื่อตัวเอง ให้พลังงานกับตัวเอง จัดการกับตัวเอง และให้คุณค่ากับตัวเอง เป็นประสบการณ์ที่แปลกใหม่ และ ประทับใจมากๆ

ขอบคุณที่มาพลกันและร่วมแบ่งปันพลังงานดีๆกับช่วงเวลาดีๆ ณ จุดเริ่มต้นในพื้นที่แห่งนี้ 🫶🏽✨
