Thank you for all the love and support last year! We hope to serve you again in 2026 🍜✨

For our January special dessert we are serving “Monaka ice cream flight” 🍨

Monaka is a traditional Japanese sweet (wagashi) featuring a sweet filling, most commonly red bean paste (anko), sandwiched between two thin, crispy wafers made from rice flour or mochi, often toasted for extra flavor.

We used the crispy wafers which is the outside of a monaka and added different flavours of one bite ice cream on top ❤️

Flavours are:
- yuzu sorbet with yuzu jam on top 🍋
- maple walnut ice cream 🇨🇦
- black sesame ice cream with kinako on top 😋
- red bean paste topped with matcha ice cream 🍵

Only 10 servings per day so try them early before it’s sold out!
