Catching up on posting what we’ve been up to. This was from our time in Southampton, NY over Christmas, where we did the Feast of the Seven Fishes, along with 9 other meals. Most of what we post goes on BC’s Barbecue, but some of our favorite dishes come from dinner parties and catering events.

A little Christmas week celebration of 13 years cancer free. 8 Courses paired with client purchased w**e. We incorporated three of the meats we sell on our food truck BC’s Barbecue. We are now booking for 2024 if you have a celebration and want a fancy dinner similar to this, we would love to talk!
