ANNOUNCEMENT! ๐Carmen Tacos to suspend operations๐
We at Carmen have taken the highest pleasure in making the most authentic Mexican food as possible for our customers since our inception. There have been various factors over the past several months that have led us to the conclusion that pausing service until a later date is the most prudent course of action. ๐
We have been attempting to secure our own PA alcohol license, in order to offer a wider selection of tequilas & mezcals, but that has proven to be a more expensive and lengthy task than expected, cutting out a necessary revenue stream for us in the meantime.
Additionally, our sister restaurant Pizza Crush has been taking over more and more of our kitchen space due to their rapidly expanding sales. Instead of reducing Carmen Taco's menu and operating with even fewer hours, we have chosen to stop operations, for now.
We will be open Tuesday, November 2, for service one last day, to throw one last tacos & burritos party - one last Taco Trivia Night - one last round of tequilas & margaritas - all one week from today, November 2, the famous Day of the Dead Mexican celebration date! We do hope you will join us!
Thank you so much to our customers. We could not have survived without you during this very difficult time for restaurants. We do hope you will come by to patronize Pizza Crush !
