BMD and Norton trans were both legendary buses known for the upland people as they drove every person from Nueva Vizcaya to any point in Benguet and Baguio. They became the post-wheels for letters back in the ages where mobile phones were not yet to be found. They moved boxes of unknown yet significant things, sacks of fruits and vegetables, money in envelopes or wrapped in any papers with the receiver's name handprinted on it. They opened their doors and ushered every individual on the passenger's seat, may it be a dreamer, the lost ones, hopeful, a lover, a parent, a child, anyone with a soul. They moved people, they moved lives.
True enough, they had become a part of the change in our history. The time may make them rarely visible yet in our hearts, we pay tribute to the hard work of the owners of these buses, the drivers, and the strong bus attendants who kept baggage, letters, loads, and souls from where they belong, to where they want to be and made them find their way back home. Iyaman!
